7 to 8 hours of sleep

You need to sleep 7 to 8 hours daily at the same time. Sleeping correctly will help you start a new day freshly.

Stop watching depressive news

we all know that usually, when we’re watching and use it was based on things talking and depressive. So I need to do it stop looking so much and thinking so much about this news.  instead, we can out for a comedy movie that helps us laugh and get some stress out of our body.

Stop eating what is forbidden

we all know how sugary drinks and food or so tempting. But if you wish to avoid the risk of getting diabetes or any other illnesses, we need to reduce sugar intake.

Exercise daily

we all know how difficult it is to find time for daily exercise.  however, if you wish to live a healthier lifestyle, you need to find time, at least 15 to 20 minutes daily, to exercise. 

Start eating veggies and fruits.

We need to understand that sugary and fast food are highly yummy but only for our mouth but not our body. This is why we should cut down on all of this unhealthy food.  instead, it is advisable to have at least one Big Bowl of salad at least once a day. And of course, without forgetting, we need to eat a minimum of three fruits daily.

Stop smoking

You need to stop smoking right now. When you are smoking, you’re burning your money into ashes for no reason.  it is also causing such nuisance to your health, so it is better to stop smoking if you wish to start living a healthy life
