Kallee Ward

Kallee Jean Ward was a graduate of Anoka (Minn.) High School (1976) and Anoka Technical College (1977). Kallee was a long term faithful employee working at McDonalds (four years), employed as a dietary aide at Trevilla Golden Valley (25 years) and at Berkshire (Osseo) (six years) and she also worked at Serums Emporium in Anoka for the last 15 years.
Kallee died at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, Minn., Nov. 6, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. She was 56.
Kallee is survived by parents, Virginia (Henry) Kloos and Tom Ward Jr; brothers, Thomas P. (Jan), Peter K. (Jan) and Kevin C. (Anne); sisters, Koko Ward and Jennifer Delgado; and many very special nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues.
Special thanks to Dr. John Poterucha and RN Lynn Pearson of Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., the special doctors, nurses and aides at Mercy Hospital and all who assisted in Kallee’s care during this difficult time.
Father Michael A. Van Slou, pastor at St. Stephens Church in Anoka, helped celebrate a special family Mass. Interment followed at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Ivanhoe, Minn., with her beloved grandparents, Max and Sophia Lange.
