The Custer High School soccer team traveled to Harrisburg last Saturday afternoon and hung in there early but eventually lost 6-0 to the second-ranked Tigers. Brett Deetz led the way for the Tigers, scoring two goals, including one in the very first minute of the game.
Custer played the game short handed, as leading scorer David Hernandez and key defensive players Justin Arengo and Grayson Trandem all missed the game.
“I was actually really impressed with the team,” assistant coach Casey Trandem said.
