Martinz, Larsen pace Wildcat golfers

Cody Martinz and Rhett Larsen both fired nine-hole scores of 42 in propelling the Custer High School boys golf team to a second place finish in a triangular at Rocky Knolls Golf Course last Friday afternoon.
The team finished with a score of 174, 14 strokes behind the winning team, Lead-Deadwood. Belle Fourche was the third team to attend the triangular and finished with a score of 188.
Lead-Deadwood’s Garrett Mack was the top finisher at the meet, posting a score of 39. Other Custer scores included Blake Martinz 45, Noah Zacher 45, Lane Robb 49 and Cole Conard 56.
