Irene Schiefer

Irene Marie “Tina” Schiefer married Josh Schiefer Oct. 17, 1998, in Gillette. She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses and she loved kids and animals. She graduated from Campbell County (Wyo.) High School.

Tina, of Gillette, Wyo., died surrounded by her loving family, Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, at Rapid City (S.D.) Regional Hospital. She was 45.

Tina is survived by her husband, Josh Schiefer; her parents, Robert and Virgina Chapin; her mother and father-in-law, Pat and William Schiefer of Custer, S.D.; her cat, Wild One; and dog, Lady.

A Celebration of Life was held Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Camplex in the Wyoming Center in Gillette.

A memorial has been established to benefit Diabetes, Inc.; P.O. Box 9368; Rapid City, SD 57709.
