Making plans for my first reunion ever

I don’t know why I did it. I’ve had many, many opportunities to do it before, but for some reason there was always something that came up that I had to do instead. It didn’t help that it was always on the 4th of July weekend when we had family things planned, and that it was 1,000 miles away. But this year is the time for me to return to the past. I signed up for my 45th high school class reunion. Bear in mind that I have never been to one before and that I haven’t seen any of my 235 classmates in 45 years. I’m not so sure this is a real good idea, but it will be interesting. I’ll probably wonder who all those old people are at the reunion. I wonder if they will recognize me with my moustache?
