Food has been a ‘natural’ progression

First it was “organic.” I jumped on that wagon in the early 1980s after being introduced to the concept  by friends from Ardmore, Ray and Donna Lautenschlager, who raised winter wheat on their dry land farm. Organic foods have steadily gained in acceptance since that time, as the last I heard, it was the fastest growing segment of the food industry, having increased 30 percent over the previous year.
