Advertising tax will cost you, not us

There is no disputing that South Dakota's economy is slumping. Retail sales  have slowed in communities across the state. Job layoffs pop up in the news  too often. The recession has come to South Dakota. Which is why one legislative proposal in Pierre to raise new taxes would deal a devastating blow to our state's economy at a time when we can least afford it.
