Failure is often opportunity in disguise

It is generally understood that as a person gets older, they gain wisdom. In that case, I should be getting pretty wise by now. It is also understood that a person doesn’t learn nearly as much from  other people’s mistakes and failures as they do from their own. In that case, I should be doubly wise by now.
