Nine wrestlers qualify for region tourney

  While Philip Area dominated and claimed the District 7B wrestling crown on Saturday, Feb. 14, in Custer with 255 points, Custer showed strength and didn’t slouch, as it will send nine scrappers to the Region 4B Tournament in Fort Pierre on Saturday, Feb. 21.
