The City of Custer will conduct a phone survey in the near future to gauge residents’ feelings on whether or not the city should remain in the retail liquor business.
At the May 18 meeting of the city council, the council voted to spend up to $1,000 to conduct a phone survey through a company in Pierre, and to work with the company on formatting the questions to be asked.
