Bear tracks confirmed in Hills

Was there, or was there not, bear activity near Rochford recently? According to Blair Waite, local conservation officer, bear tracks were definitely confirmed outside of Hill City in the proximity of Penalua Gulch last Nov. 23 that he figured were about three days old.
