or the second straight meeting, the Custer City council has tabled the issue of whether or not to build a new liquor store in Custer.
At Monday night’s regular meeting of the council, Mayor Harold Stickney announced that awarding a bid for construction of a new store would be delayed for 30 days to allow a public forum on the issue. The council also plans to do a phone survey over the next week or 10 days to get the pulse of the community on the issue.
