Setting the angel on the tree

  Paige Hinman, Custer first grader, was one of the YMCA-Kidstop children who stopped  by Custer’s Dacotah Bank to decorate for the holidays. Each year Custer Chamber does “Host a Tree,” where the chamber buys trees for any downtown business as a way to promote a festive a look in Custer.
