  Dotty Kautzsch Flatt, long-time resident of Custer, S.D., died Feb. 22, 2009, at Ridge Wind Assisted Living in Pocatello, Idaho. Services were held at Custer Community Church Feb. 27.  Interment followed at the Custer City Cemetery. A fellowship luncheon followed in the basement of the church. Dotty was preceded by her father and mother, Samuel and Abbie Coulter; son, David Kautzsch; brothers, Malcolm and Lawrence Coulter; and sister-in-law, Sadie Coulter. She is survived by her three sons and their families, Steve (Sharon) Kautzsch of Grand Junction, Colo., Topper (Cindy) Kautzsch of Big Piney, Wyo., and Randy (Susan) Kautzsch of Pocatello; brother and family, Norman (Arlene)  Coulter, of Suffield, Conn.; brothers wife, Dorothy Coulter and family of Eddington, Maine; grandchildren, Tammy, Brian (Amy), Shawn, Tiffany, Jennifer and Jessica; great-grandchildren, Kaleb, Brandon, Jack and Kate.
