Riley Shepherd, 70, of Fairburn, S.D., died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2009, at his home.  He was preceded in death by his father, Odis Shepherd. Riley is survived by his wife, Elaine Shepherd of Fairburn; four sons, Terry Shepherd, Harold “Rich” Ousley, Clint Shepherd and Jaime Heckaman; five daughters, Brenda Bliss, Cheryl Gilbreth, Sheryl Gunnink, Cheryleen Ousley and Barbara Shepherd; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his mother, Ethel Shepherd; and four brothers, Rayman, Arnold, J.B. and Donald, all of Indiana.  Services will be held at a later date.
