Three Custer wrestlers state bound this weekend

Three wrestlers—Cody Herman, Tanner Eisland and Ty Cooper—will represent Custer this weekend at the State “B” Tournament in Sioux Falls. While that number may not be as large as Custer coach Jared Webster wanted to make state, he still said he was pleased with the outcome.

“I was happy, but a little disappointed,” he said. “All the kids wrestled well. Hopefully next year we can get more in. The way it looks, we have a good chance.”
