TIF contract approved

A professional services agreement between the City of Custer and Wyss Associates, Inc., has been approved for the city’s Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district No. 4.

The approval clears the way for design to begin on TIF No. 4, otherwise known as the downtown improvement TIF. The work to be done includes lighting and streetscape improvements to the downtown area, as well as sidewalk widening and the portions of the West Side Trail within the TIF boundary.
