Flores named to state volleyball All-Star team

Custer High School senior Melissa Flores can add one more honor to her volleyball conquests as she was recently named to the South Dakota Volleyball All Star Team.
The honor came as quite the surprise for the young lady who started playing the sport in the fifth grade.
“I didn’t think I would,” she said. “I didn’t even know it was out there.”
Well, the team is “out there” and Flores will compete in Aberdeen with the rest of the All Stars in late July.
